Cory...while i respect your view...First off..we are talking about a retail store here...not a doctors office ...while i understand that "No Computer Company" is going to give free onsite tech support....This however is not my point! Im referencing .....and my point has been "I purchased a new macMini and within 2 weeks...the hard drive was fucked..for reasons unknown to anyone....WHEN I TOOK this in...to drop it off for repair at the Apple Store...which of course was what i was intstructed to do..I had to make an appointment ...just to drop it off for repair...I shouldnt have to do that....I can fully understand if Its something that was not being covered under warranty or if i just had some random question...but this was not the case...so....anywho...thats why....
